When I was younger, I thought I was invincible. I didn’t worry about diet or exercise, and video games were my main source of entertainment. In my twenties, I got really obese, and it was really difficult to do just about anything. I didn’t worry about it too much, but one day I felt really tired and weird, and then my chest started hurting. My family rushed me to the hospital, where I was diagnosed with having a heart attack. I spent the next few days in the hospital, and I was worried that I was going to die. I thought really hard about my life choices during my stay, and I decided that I wanted to live a more fulfilling life.
I started working out, and I was able to get a lot healthier. Over the next few months I had to return to the hospital a few times for diagnostic tests. It was scary for me to constantly be subjected to so many tests, and so I decided to make this website so that people would be more familiar with the inner workings of the hospital. I know that after I became more familiar with the hospital, it made it easier for me to deal with the rigors of recovering from my illness. I wouldn’t wish something like a heart attack on anyone, but if you do get sick, it is good to understand how hospitals work.
